General terms for card payments with Rósetta Heildsala ehf.
These terms apply to card payments through the web shop of Rósetta Heildsala ehf. (kt. 481124-0340). By ticking the consent box you confirm that you have read and accept them.

Payment and currency
All prices are given in Icelandic krónur (ISK) unless stated otherwise. VAT is included in the prices where it applies.
Goods and services
The goods or service are described on the product page or in the payment description. The service is a monthly subscription, and its terms (frequency, price and cancellation) are set out before purchase.
Delivery
The diapers are delivered to the kindergarten, not to the parent's home. The kindergarten orders for all subscribed children together as its supplies run low, and hands them out to the child from that delivery.
Cancelling the subscription
The subscription runs until it is cancelled, and it can be cancelled at any time on My pages or by calling +354-866-9222. There is no notice period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for: the card is not charged again, the child receives diapers for the rest of that period, and the subscription then ends. The same applies when a subscription is paused.
Refunds
A subscription is a service delivered as it goes, not goods that can be returned. A period already paid for is used to its end rather than refunded, and nothing is refunded pro rata for cancelling part-way through a period. Where the service has not been delivered, it is refunded. A consumer also has 14 days from signing up to withdraw from the contract under Act no. 16/2016 on consumer contracts; because the service begins immediately at their request, they then pay a proportionate amount for the days elapsed and the remainder is refunded. Refunds are made to the same card the payment was made with, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after notice is received. Privacy and card security
Card details are handled through PCI-DSS certified acquirers. Rósetta Heildsala ehf. never has access to full card details. Further information about privacy can be found in the privacy statement on bleyjuaskrift.is.
Disputes
If a dispute arises over a purchase, contact Rósetta Heildsala ehf. first. If it is not resolved, the matter may be referred to Neytendastofa, the Icelandic Consumer Agency, or to the card company's dispute committee.
